Last fall, my friend (and fellow Anusara-Inspired teacher) Julia Novina and I joined forces to bring together 23 students for a weekend long yoga retreat at Angel’s Rest Retreat Center in beautiful Leyden, MA (near Berkshires). We had an amazing time! The studentship was amazing, the space peaceful and warm, the food deliciously memorable and the gathering of our community so sweet!
This Spring, April 19th-21st, we are doing it again! The venue will be the same sweet mountain foothills location. The food, sure to please every palette again. The hills will be coming alive as we set our place on our mats, step into the renewal of life and are reinvigorated again. Come breathe the fresh air and revel in the rebirth of your own self this Spring!
